Since 1991, Bright Eyes has continued to provide families in Montgomery, Frederick, and Washington Counties with quality early learning programs in the care of the best early childhood educators. We are dedicated to providing families with the home away from home experience, while providing a strong early learning program to ensure that your child is learning to their highest potential.
Bright Eyes follows Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) approved curriculum, in the care of our nurturing and friendly staff, to provide a strong learning environment to guide your child through their learning journey. Bright Eyes stays current with early learning best practices, which ensures that we are prepared to help your child feel at home while learning the essential skills help your child to achieve each developmental milestone.

Our Philosophy
Our mission at Bright Eyes is to provide children with a loving, stimulating environment where they are free to grow, learn, and explore in the guidance of warm and gentle caregivers.
We provide children with a program that enables them to grow physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively at their own pace.
We welcome individuals of all abilities.
We welcome parents as active participants in our programs.
Our daily schedule is developmentally appropriate for children’s age and skill level and is based on current early childhood best practices.
We will help all children celebrate their heritage and individuality and we will promote skills for conflict resolution.

We will support children’s primary language through songs, activities, and learning words and phrases to better communicate with the child and families.
